By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise engaging FormInEU ("we", "us", "our") you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services & Engagement

FormInEU ("the Company", "we", "us") provides company registration facilitation in Bulgaria and Cyprus. By submitting an application, you ("the Client") enter into a binding agreement subject to these Terms. Bulgaria packages include: new EOOD with Bulgarian bank account assistance, remote ready-made company transfer, and VCC (Variable Capital Company). Cyprus packages include: in-person LTD and fully remote LTD. All packages are priced at a flat, non-refundable fee of €2,200.

2. Account Security & Verification (KYC)

2.1 Account Liability. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. The Company accepts zero liability for unauthorized account access.

2.2 Mandatory KYC. To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) directives, you must upload: (1) A video explicitly stating authorization for our legal representatives, (2) A video showing your physical signature, and (3) A high-resolution copy of your Passport or National ID. Any submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of all fees, and immediate reporting to relevant national law enforcement agencies.

2.3 Client Indemnification. You assume all legal and financial liability for the authenticity of the documents provided. The Company holds zero liability for applications rejected by governmental authorities due to applicant-provided discrepancies.

3. Payment & Non-Refundability

3.1 Fee Structure. The registration fee is a flat €2,200. This fee covers our professional services, initial VAT registration, and registered office for year one.

3.2 Payment Schedule. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement; the remaining 50% is due upon successful registration. Under no circumstances are deposits refundable once work has commenced.

3.3 Chargebacks. Any unwarranted credit card chargebacks or bank reversals will be treated as fraud and aggressively pursued through legal channels and debt collection agencies.

4. Client Obligations & Warranties

  • You warrant that all submitted information is 100% accurate, complete, and legally valid.
  • You agree to respond to document and information requests within 48 hours.
  • You agree to notarize and courier any required physical documents at your own expense.
  • You agree to strictly comply with all laws of your home jurisdiction, Bulgaria, and Cyprus.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

5.1 Not Legal or Tax Advice. FormInEU acts as a registration facilitator. We do not provide legal or tax advice. You are responsible for consulting your own counsel regarding the implications of offshore structures.

5.2 Third-Party Decisions. We cannot guarantee bank account approvals (including traditional banks, Wise, Revolut, etc.) or government processing times. Rejection by a bank or financial institution does not entitle the Client to a refund.

5.3 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to the Company.

6. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund if the Client breaches any of these terms, provides misleading information, or engages in abusive behavior toward staff.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
