How it works

From application to incorporated, in five steps.

Below is exactly what happens after you click "Start your application". No surprises, no scope-creep invoices.

  1. 01
    Day 0 · ~15 minutes

    Apply online

Five-step secure form: who you are, where you're from, jurisdiction, company name preference, and three KYC files (authorisation video, signature video, passport). End-to-end encrypted, stored on EU servers.

  2. 02
    Day 0–1 · within 24 hours

    KYC & conflict check

A licensed attorney verifies your documents and runs a sanctions / PEP check. You get a Yes/No answer in writing, never a 3-week silence.

  3. 03
    Day 1–4 · 2–3 business days

    Name reservation & drafting

We reserve your preferred company name (or propose alternatives) and draft the Articles of Association, shareholder resolutions, and statutory forms in your name.

  4. 04
    Day 4–7 · remote-friendly

    Notarisation & filing

You sign at your local notary (or with us under apostilled PoA). We file at the Commercial Register / Companies House the same day documents land in our office.

  5. 05
    Day 10–14 · complete

    Delivered & banked

Certificate of Incorporation, Tax ID, VAT number, registered office certificate, and your warm-intro to the right bank or EMI — all in your account, all yours.

Common questions

Asked weekly. Answered honestly.

The €2,200 covers incorporation end-to-end: drafting, all state & registry fees, notarisation, apostille, registered office for year one, and the bank introduction. The only optional add-ons are nominee director services (year-two onward), accounting (we partner with vetted accountants), and any unusual structures you ask for in writing.
No. Both jurisdictions have fully-remote routes. You sign with your local notary, we apostille on this end, and we file. The remote ready-made entity in Bulgaria takes 7–10 days from notarised PoA; Cyprus LTD remote takes 10–14 days end-to-end.
Bulgaria wins on headline tax (10%) and price for an active operating company. Cyprus wins on dividend tax (0% withholding), the IP Box (2.5% effective for software / IP), and bilateral treaties. If you'll keep significant retained earnings or license IP — Cyprus. If you're running a lean operating business — Bulgaria. WhatsApp us for a five-minute call.
We pre-qualify your file against the institutions we know take companies like yours, and warm-introduce you to a real banker who's expecting your call. We can't and don't guarantee account approval — nobody legitimate can. But the warm intro substantially raises your odds and shortens the timeline.
Licensed attorneys, in-house. We are the legal service providers — not a marketplace that subcontracts to whoever bid lowest. Every document carries the bar number of the lawyer who drafted it.
We retain the documents required by anti-money-laundering law (a minimum of 5 years from end of business relationship under EU AMLD V). Everything else can be deleted on request. Files are encrypted at rest on EU servers; access is logged and auditable.
